What Happens If You Disconnect Your Segmatic License?

If you choose to disconnect your license from the Segmatic app, the system immediately updates your account status and provides guidance on what to do next.
How It Works
- The system sets a Deactivation Date on your App Subscription record.
- Your Subscriber Org Connection status is changed to Disconnected.
- This happens automatically, even if you still have an active or trialing subscription.
If You Have an Active or Trialing Subscription
- You’ll receive a notification confirming that your license has been disconnected.
- The message will ask whether you’re intending to cancel your subscription and will include a link to complete the cancellation process in your account.
💡 Disconnecting your license does not automatically cancel your paid subscription.
If You Do Not Have an Active Subscription
- You can reconnect your license at any time by following the in-app reconnection instructions.
- Once reconnected, your subscription and app settings will resume as before.
Refunds and RenewalsSegmatic does not offer pro-rated refunds for subscriptions canceled before the end of their term. However, canceling your subscription will ensure that you are not automatically charged at the next renewal date.
💡 If you’re disconnecting your license temporarily (for testing or sandbox purposes), you can simply reconnect your org later without creating a new subscription.
