Is it possible to downgrade your Segmatic plan during the trial period?

If you decide to downgrade your plan during the Segmatic trial period, the process is handled by Segmatic Support rather than through the app itself.
How Downgrades Work
- Contact Support
Reach out to Segmatic Support to request a downgrade -- there is no self-service option in the app. - Backend Adjustment
Segmatic Support will adjust your subscription on the backend to reflect the new plan. - Billing After Trial
- If you downgrade from Enterprise or Professional to Standard during your trial, the app will switch to the new plan.
- At the end of your trial, you will be charged for the new (downgraded) plan instead of the original plan.
💡 Downgrading during the trial allows you to continue exploring Segmatic at a lower-tier plan without losing access immediately. Feature access will adjust to match the selected plan once the downgrade is processed.
