Is it possible to upgrade your Segmatic plan during the trial period?

If you decide to upgrade your plan during your Segmatic trial period, the process is handled by Segmatic Support rather than through the app itself.
How Upgrades Work
- Contact Support
Reach out to Segmatic Support to request an upgrade. There is no self-service option in the app. - Backend Adjustment
Segmatic Support will adjust your subscription on the backend to reflect the new, higher-tier plan. - Billing After Trial
- If you upgrade from Standard or Professional to Professional or Enterprise during your trial, the app will switch to the new plan immediately.
- At the end of your trial, you will be billed for the upgraded plan instead of the original plan.
đź’ˇ Upgrading during the trial allows you to access additional features immediately. Feature access and app settings will adjust to match the new plan once the upgrade is processed. If you don't see the new features, click the "refresh license' button the Subscription settings page.
