If you previously disconnected your Segmatic license — either intentionally or by uninstalling and later reinstalling the app — you can easily reconnect your Salesforce org to restore full access.
When You Might Need to Reconnect
You may need to reconnect your license if:
- You previously clicked “Disconnect License” in the app.
- You reinstalled Segmatic in a new or refreshed Salesforce org.
- Your connection expired after a period of inactivity.
Steps to Reconnect Your License
- Open the Segmatic App
Log in to your Salesforce org where Segmatic is installed and go to the Segmatic App from the app Launcher. - Navigate to the Subscriptions Page
From the app’s main menu, go to Settings → Subscription - Click “Reconnect License”
Select the Reconnect License button to re-establish your connection
Segmatic will automatically check for an existing active or trialing subscription:
- If your subscription is active, your access will be restored immediately.
- If your subscription is trialing, your remaining trial period will resume.
- If your subscription has expired or previously canceled, the application will not activate. You will receive an email prompting you to renew.
If You Encounter a Connection ErrorIf Segmatic cannot detect your subscription or you receive an error message:
- Confirm that your Salesforce org ID matches the one linked to your subscription.
- Check that your subscription is active in your Segmatic account.
- If needed, reach out to Segmatic Support for help restoring your connection.
💡Reconnecting your license does not create a new subscription or billing record. It simply reactivates your existing connection so you can continue using Segmatic with your current plan.
