How to Cancel Your Segmatic Subscription

If you no longer need Segmatic, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. This article explains how cancellation works and what happens after you cancel.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
  1. Open the Segmatic App
    Log in to your Salesforce org where Segmatic is installed and navigate to the Segmatic App from the App Launcher.
  2. Navigate to the Subscription Settings
    From the app’s main menu, go to Settings → Subscription.
  3. Click “Cancel Subscription”
  4. Receive Email Confirmation

After canceling, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your subscription status and remaining access.


What Happens After Cancellation
  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: Segmatic does not provide refunds for the unused portion of a billing term.
  • Access Until End of Term: You will retain access to Segmatic until your current billing period or trial expires.
  • Automatic Renewal Stopped: Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle, preventing further charges.

If You Change Your Mind

If you would like to renew your subscription, you will need to re-subscribe using the subscription form at https://www.getsegmatic.com/subscribe. Once you have an active subscription, you can reconnect the app and regain access to your previous account.


💡 Before canceling, make sure any important data or settings are backed up, as your access will be limited once your subscription ends.
